Rapid Identification And Detection

All the pharma, biotech, and food products are tested for microbial load/bioburden at various stages of the product manufacturing process. Microbial load plays a significant role in establishing the performance, validity, and shelf life of a product. This division is equipped with the tools for sampling, testing, detection & identification of microorganisms. Depending on the process of manufacturing, the most essential stages of testing for this microbial load/bioburden are “Raw Material Qualification”, “Manufacturing Area Cleanliness Qualification”, “Intermediate Product or Ingredient Assessment”, “Formulation & Fill Process”, “Finished Product Quality”.

The mission is to lead the industry with a wholesome approach. Our work includes sampling, identification and detection of bioburden. All equipments and facilities intend to control contamination for pharma-biotech manufacturing facilities by avoiding cross contamination. Protective coating of equipments is provided for enhanced safety while working in the chemical manufacturing facilities.

Safety

A chemist is exposed to laboratory chemicals for a longer duration in his working day. The occupational safety of the chemist is always a question without proper safety practices. All the available solutions, gadgets monitor threats and protect the chemist offer mostly secondary levels of protection. The first level of precaution is never to allow the chemical vapour/plume to spread at work or into the environment. The primary job of a ducted Fumehood and the air handling units is to remove/replace the polluted air in the laboratory. Contamination, Cross-contamination while handling chemicals can be addressed only after containment of the chemical. Once the chemical plume is restrained, it can be treated either by “Activated Carbon” or “Scrubbers” or any alternative tools.

The objective of this division is to:
