Depending on the process of manufacturing, the most essential stages of testing for this microbial load/bioburden are “Raw Material Qualification”, “Manufacturing Area Cleanliness Qualification”, “Intermediate Product or Ingredient Assessment”, “Formulation & Fill Process”, “Finished Product Quality”.All the pharma, biotech, and food products are tested for microbial load/bioburden at various stages of the product manufacturing process.
